Manager, Loyalty & CRM

* Own loyalty program, benefits, and offerings with assistance of Associate Manager

* Drive referral program strategy through test design and execution for different offers

* Develop strategic use cases and test plans for emerging retention channels

* Build out team to support execution of emerging channel efforts

* Assist Head of Retention Marketing with identification of new initiatives and opportunities to drive repeat customer growth

THE QUALIFICATIONS

* 3-5 years marketing experience, ideally in loyalty or retention

* Ability to run basic business analytics and derive business insights and recommendations

* Experience managing a budget and presenting associated business cases

* Deep knowledge of emerging marketing technologies and channels

* Prior experience in vendor negotiation and management

* Ability to effectively prioritize work across multiple projects

* Proven record of collaborating cross-functionally with multiple teams, such as Brand, Creative, and Merchandising
