  • Have 3+ years of start-up recruiting experience
  • Familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, Lever a plus
  • Good comprehension of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with technical recruiting a plus


  • Partner with hiring managers to understand niche role requirements
  • Create and maintain robust pipeline of engineers and other technical hires
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screens
  • Own the candidate experience from job post to interview process to offer
  • Perform reference checks as needed
  • Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices
  • Building out a team of motivated recruiters
