Qualifications

  • Clean public/common areas and resident’s apartments.
  • Responsible for cleanliness of resident’s apartments and all interior and exterior common areas and amenities.
  • Supervise staff in the Housekeeping Department.
  • Assist with training and orientation of new housekeeping staff.
  • Inspect and evaluate physical condition of the community.
  • Inventory supplies and equipment.
  • Place supply orders accordingly to ensure adequate stock at all times.
  • Stay informed of any changes in routine or resident needs.
  • Monitor resident room safety (i.e., extension cords, carpets, etc.) and report potentially unsafe conditions.
  • May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.

Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining a clean environment for residents and staff. Assures, as a working leader, the timely cleaning of apartments and interior and exterior common areas and amenities.
