Field Marketing Manager B2B Cloud West



The Sage Group is looking for a Field Marketing Manager for the world’s leading internet services’ company, to help with event planning/execution for Cloud industry programs and events targeted to CxOs and  IT decision makers. If you have 3+ years of business technology experience, especially in field marketing, with special expertise in project and event management, partnering with sales teams, and communication, please apply!



Responsibilities



  • Deliver programs within outlined budget and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs to determine ROI aligned to West marketing goals

  • Support our growing field sales force and channel partners through sales collateral, sales tools, competitive information and insights

  • Develop impactful communications to internal and external stakeholders

  • Work collaboratively with the global and industry teams to scale programs

  • Develop and project manage events and roadshows

  • Work with agency to develop and execute in person customer events 

  • Attend events/roadshows to ensure flawless execution; including: management and prep of booth staff, content and demo management

  • Manage post event activities including processing the list of attendees, writing lead follow up collateral for sales and inspecting lead follow up to drive pipeline


 Skills Required 



  • 3+ years business technology experience, especially in field marketing, with special expertise managing events

  • Extremely strong attention to detail

  • Experience project managing industry and customer events

  • Excellent people skills and communication skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce.com or similar) and marketing automation tools (Marketo or similar) and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness

  • Project management skills including: managing agencies, vendors and global projects

  • Proficient in Google Docs / MS Office 

  • Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities with a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics

  • Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels


Duration: 1 Year with possibility of extension



Location: San Francisco or Sunnyvale, CA
