Liberty Healthcare seeks an experienced leader and subject matter expert in sex offender treatment and management for an Executive Director position with the California Conditional Release Program.

The California Conditional Release Program (CA CONREP) provides intensive community-based supervision and treatment to a specific classification of adult sex offenders (Sexually Violent Predators) throughout California. The program endeavors to provide community safety while affording clients the opportunity for healthy and productive lives in the community.

Program objectives include:

* Preventing client recidivism and maintaining community safety

* Transitioning clients from long term residential treatment into the community

* Securing appropriate community-based housing and facilitating income sources for clients

* Providing behavioral health services, case management, monitoring and transportation to clients

* Proactively detecting and responding to client risk factors

The program's Executive Director fulfills a vital role and is responsible for the following:

* Functioning as the program's "CEO"

* Leading a statewide and geographically-dispersed team of clinicians and ancillary professionals

* Managing the program's budget

* Anticipating program growth and proactively establishing services to meet new client needs

* Ensuring the program's services meet or exceed contract deliverables

* Proactively anticipating and preventing problems that could result in compromised community safety, client risk or customer dissatisfaction

* Liaising with a wide array of stakeholders – including CA Department of State Hospitals representatives, law enforcement and public safety agencies, community groups, victim advocates, media, and Liberty Healthcare corporate representatives.

Skills/Requirements

Qualified applicants for this position must possess the following attributes:

* Masters' or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, criminal justice or related field

* Minimum of five years of experience providing services to high risk adult sex offenders

* Proven track record of successfully leading complex health and human services programs
