We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team at Twitter Headquarters. We are seeking a business partner who will anticipate executive needs, take ownership of their schedules, and keep them organized and internally connected so they can better focus on the business priorities at hand.


* Provide high level executive support to the CFO

* Manage the daily operations of the office of the CFO

* Partner with peers and direct reports of CFO to manage cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion

* Manage international and domestic travel and prepare expense reports

* Strategically manage and maintain complex calendars and schedules

* Plan, coordinate, manage and execute varying types of internal and external meetings and events

* Create and edit presentations, documents and spreadsheets

* Assist with department budget management, expense report generation and invoice creation and coordination

* Own and manage projects with multiple internal constituents for new hires, office moves and seating

* Serve as Lead EA for the Finance administrative team, and help lead global administrative team in partnership with other peers. Provide support as needed to additional executives within org or cross functionally.


* BA or BS degree with a strong academic background preferred

* Minimum of 8 years full-time relevant work experience, with a minimum of 5+ yrs experience supporting senior level executives preferably in Technology, Media, Internet or related companies

* Excellent calendar management skills, including coordination of complex internal and external executive meetings

* Ability to prioritize effectively, exhibit critical thinking, and strategically anticipate shifting and competing priorities and needs

* Demonstrated ability to interact with and build relationships across all levels, including executive management

* Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies

* Interest and experience implementing processes and procedures to improve work efficiency and productivity

* Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in a fast paced, dynamic work environment

* Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and business matters.

* Must demonstrate a positive, helpful demeanor

* Ability to treat highly confidential information with care & discretion

* Strong knowledge of Google Apps and/or MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) preferred

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational skills with high attention to detail

* Passionate about and interested in Twitter
