While reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, you will:

* Lead, inspire and develop a global team of Talent Acquisition Programs professionals across areas such as Recruiting Systems and Technologies, Employment Branding, University Relations, Talent Coordination, Candidate Experience and External Partner relationships

* Develop programs and practices to help drive the continued success of the global talent acquisition function

* Increase our recruiting and sourcing capabilities by continuously reviewing recruiting processes, roles, systems, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and to ensure they support our commitment to Diversity Hiring

* Lead efforts to report on and analyze key talent acquisition-related data for the company

* Partner in creating innovative approaches to acquiring talent by researching and implementing new tools, vendors, systems, and strategic partnerships

* Build and/or optimize technology, training and process platforms to enable a nimble, efficient and compliant recruiting function

What you need to have to be successful:

* 7+ years of talent acquisition experience and 3+ years of management experience

* 3+ years experience devising and implementing global talent acquisition programs in a fast-growth tech company

* Experience with goal setting, career development, and performance management across a global team

* Track record of building and maintaining strong working relationships with business leaders, HRBPs, HR Operations, and recruiting teams

* Passion about data and metrics, and experience leading efforts to create and manage a broad range of decision-oriented data and reports

* Strong project management skills, including impeccable attention to detail and follow-up

* Expertise in implementing change or process improvement

* Exceptional presentation and communication skills

* Global recruiting programs experience

* A bachelor's degree in business, HR or a related field; or equivalent additional experience
