As a Creator Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and leading relationships with creators. You'll be the primary contact for creators, and drive initiatives that meet their business goals as well as Pinterest’s growth and content goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify develop and lead partnerships with key content creators
  • Develop creative “win-win” solutions for partners by leveraging co-marketing opportunities, API solutions, and editorial partnerships.
  • Consult with content creators on their organic Pinterest strategy, driving education 1:1 and at scale
  • Guide partners to paid media opportunities, where appropriate
  • Be an internal advocate for creators by working with product and engineering teams to respond to creators needs and feedback
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics internally and to creators

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, content creator management or digital marketing roles
  • Ability to identify and establish strong relationships with key content creators across a range of categories
  • Leverage analytical tools to provide business insights and measure success of key actions.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work in a remote environment
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of operational rigor, digital acumen, and business excellence
  • A warm, authentic, and clear communication style that comes through in presentations, emails and verbal communication
  • Established influencer and brand relationships is a plus
