DHL Express USA is looking for a Commercial Program Manager that will be responsible for identifying, defining and implementing efficient sales processes, policies and procedures to support the sales force. A successful professional in this role will Manages and coordinates sales support activities including sales reporting information, market coverage data, and quota management and administration. Provides market intelligence, lead reporting and general analytics to the sales team

Based in our office in San Francisco, the professional that will thrive in this role will have the ability to review and compile internal and external market and industry research into summaries to be used by the sales force to improve performance. They will be key in facilitating communications and coordinating projects that may involve cross-departmental and/or cross functional team members.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

Develops, implements, monitors and reports on tools and processes to support the sales force.

Manage Sales Campaigns and Sales programs

Monitors and identifies current and potential issues that affect sales performance.

Compiles and analyzes sales data.

Prepares sales forecasts.

Assists in the development of quotas.

Prepares presentations for Senior leaders

Analyze changes in Sales territories geographies

May beresponsible for entire projects or functions having modest scope/impact orportions of projects having considerable scope/impactto department,area, and, at times, business unit results.

May oversee the completion of projects or assignments, including; planning, assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc. May contribute to employees' professional development

Supports ad hoc projects relating to the sales force.

Performs data queries and generates sales reports as directed by the sales force or sales management.

Creates email letters, brochures and collateral to be used by the sales force in support of customer acquisition and retention management.

Maintains database of competitive pricing and other information.

Responds to inquiries from sales force and customers.

At higher levels, may provide functional advice or training to less experience sales support positions.

Do you have what it takes?

Intermediate-level professional contributor.

Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline.

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power Point, any other business analytics tools are a plus

Minimum of 2 years experience in related field or MS/MA with a minimum of 1 year of experience in related field.

Professional certification is required in some areas.

Transportation industry, service solution sales, or international sales experience highly preferred
