LendingClub's Financial Institutions Group (FIG) is responsible for developing new partnerships with banks/credit unions and raising capital from these institutions to fund loan products on the platform. The FIG team is focused on identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with business organizations across the company in providing best-in-class service to its 50+ bank investors.

Job Description:

We are looking to hire a rock star to own the post-sales relationships with our bank investors and joint marketing partners. Bank investors are critical to LendingClub as they represent the largest share of our investor base at ~50%.

In this role, you will provide a phenomenal onboarding experience and work cross-functionally and across all levels of the org in delivering LendingClub and its products to these investors. You will build trusted relationships with the banks leading to additional investments and willingness to partner on new opportunities, as well as develop strong rapport with internal stakeholders to maintain their support in meeting our investors' needs. Further, you will contribute in developing, implementing and tracking KPIs to measure investor satisfaction.

You will have opportunities to collaborate with others, form intelligent opinions, and help drive good decisions throughout the company. You will also identify where there are opportunities for the business to do things differently, be encouraged to run with new ideas, and have the chance to drive your own projects from inception to completion.

* You are detail oriented and organized, with strong planning and process management skills

* 3-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in the Financial Services or Consulting industries

* Experience in Customer Success, On-Boarding, Sales, and/or Project Management functions

* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

* SQL knowledge preferred but not required

* Bachelor's degree required
