Associate Creative Director / Copywriter

As an ACD/CW on the integrated team, you'll oversee the discipline of advertising and marketing writing and shape our brand through fresh, compelling content. Your portfolio demonstrates serious advertising copy chops, and you've got a collaborative spirit that lends itself well to working closely with designers and stakeholders across teams, including remote ones.

Responsibilities:

* Write for ad campaigns, social ads, scripts, and other units

* Produce creative toolkits to be rolled out and used across our local markets

* Champion the brand voice and style across all acquisition channels

* Brainstorm and develop concepts for custom campaigns for a variety of HQ and local marketing initiatives

* Collaborate with designers, photographers, marketers, and stakeholders on a daily basis

* Deliver engaging copy that has the ability to both inspire and educate across a variety of channels, including advertising, interactive media, website, social, and in-app content

* Manage multiple projects from brief to execution in a fast-paced environment to ensure deadlines are met

* Present creative concepts and decks to internal stakeholders

* Oversee small teams on mid-large sized productions

* Juggle multiple projects on a fast-moving, weekly delivery schedule

Experience & Skills:

* 8+ years experience writing for an established consumer brand or advertising agency

* A diverse portfolio featuring examples of collaborative and self-initiated projects

* Cultural connoisseur with a vital pulse on current cultural trends in design, music, fashion, and tech

* A conceptual, proactive mind that aligns creative copy with design and visuals

* Highly creative and imaginative with strong written and interpersonal skills

* Proven experience overseeing ideas from inception to launch for large cross-channel marketing initiatives

* Experience developing creative concepts based on strategic marketing insights and presenting ideas to executives and stakeholders

* Ability to nimbly balance brand voice with marketing strategies

* A conceptual mind that considers not just copy, but design and visuals

* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

* Ability to address delicate issues with sensitivity and empathy

* A collaborative, proactive mindset Detail-oriented. Nothing slips past your eagle eyes
