OfficeTeam is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for our client in the Burbank, Studio City, North Hollywood, San Fernando, Santa Clarita, and Antelope Valley area. We are looking for candidates with at least two years of recent experience as an administrative assistant, in any industry. Typical responsibilities for an administrative assistant include fielding phone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets, composing correspondence, and filing. Experience in a variety of software is required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills. Intermediate Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint. Strong typing and data entry.
