As the RN Supervisor

of Clinic Operations you will:

  • Manage
    the assigned clinic operations to ensure nursing practice reflects established
    standards of care and practice.
  • Perform
    leadership responsibilities for the nursing staff, including managing daily
    staffing plans and maintaining schedules for optimal efficiency.
  • Partner
    with management and physicians to ensure quality and efficiency in the
    management of patient care.
  • Management
    and development of clinical staff.
  • Contributes
    to operations management of assigned business unit.
  • Participates
    in budget planning and management.
  • Takes
    proactive initiative in quality management.

This is a full-time, day shift position.

Required

  • Current
    California RN license.
  • Current
    BLS from the American Heart Association
  • Minimum
    two (2) years RN experience
  • Excellent
    skills in communication, problem-solving, team development, planning, and
    follow-through.
  • Ability
    to exercise the authority and responsibility for assigned services based on the
    scope of the organization and complexity of patient care.

Preferred

  • 3
    or more years of nursing experience within a clinic/ambulatory setting
  • BSN
