As a Product Manager in BRP, you will be responsible for new and emerging country stores and businesses for creating and managing roadmaps, building new solutions to prevent fraud. You will be working closely with businesses and understanding the requirements, working actively with Technology, Machine learning and Operations teams, making appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market, and clearly communicating goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional teams. You will interact with a broad cross section of the Amazon organization as you clarify ambiguous issues and negotiate effective solutions between development and business teams. You will anticipate bottlenecks and escalate issues when required in order to ensure on-time delivery.

You will be responsible for analyzing and identify specific instances of risk, broader risk trends and points of customer friction, developing scalable solutions for prevention. You will need to collaborate effectively with business and within BRP and cross-functional teams to solve problems, create operational efficiencies, and deliver successfully against high organizational standards. You should be able to apply a breadth of tools, data sources, and analytical techniques to answer a wide range of high-impact business questions and proactively present new insights in concise and effective manner. In addition you will be responsible for building a robust set of operational and business metrics and will utilize metrics to determine improvement opportunities.

You should be an effective communicator capable of independently driving issues to resolution and communicating insights to non-technical and technical audiences. This is a high impact role with goals that directly impacts the bottom line of the business.

The role requires a seasoned individual who has excellent experience as a product Manage and comes from a similar fraud prevention domain.

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree

· 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology

· Experience with end to end product delivery

· Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

· Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition

· 1+ years of experience with end to end product delivery

· Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition

· Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

· Experience with product cycles of 6+ months

· 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology

· Bachelor's Degree

Preffered Qualifications

· Proven track record in bringing new, transformative products to market.

· Exceptional written (documents, not PowerPoint presentations) and verbal communication abilities; must effectively communicate with technical and non-technical people at all levels.

· Experience in building customer-facing payments products

· Experience with Localization, tailoring customer experiences to specific and local customer needs across the globe

· Strong bias for action and be able to work iteratively.

· Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases

· Experience using data to illustrate business conclusions

· Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture
