The comprehensive solution includes both virtual (bots) and live agent capabilities and allows for automation as well as flexibility.

The fast-growing Conversational Interfaces team is looking for a product manager to lead our upcoming Admin experience. You will be a critical contributor in shaping and driving the roadmap of this new experience and ensuring our admins have the industry leading workflow. The ideal candidate brings together:

The Product Manager is expected to work very closely with best-in-class designers, developers, and fellow PMs to cultivate the new admin experience and features. You'll be responsible for strategizing the roadmap of the experience and gathering customer feedback. We use various technologies and development practices to build enterprise-grade omnichannel conversational products for thousands of global enterprise customers. Minimum qualifications:

  • Equivalent of 5-7 years of product management or similar experience working on Cloud - SaaS solutions
  • Self-starter, leader, the high energy level that can collaborate across multiple product development teams and organizations within ServiceNow
  • Manage product life cycle from concept to delivery with excellent analytical skills and attention to details
  • Experience working with business application teams to understand and prioritize business needs and translate them into technical requirements on the platform
  • Experience working with UX designers and other key stakeholders on user-centric product design practice.
  • Bachelor’s degree equivalent (technical undergraduate degree preferred, or demonstrate technical capabilities with job experience)
  • Ability to manage product and feature trade-offs with sales, marketing, engineering, and management teams
  • Experience in setting clear priorities and manage the backlog of features
  • Work closely with Engineering and UX to spec and execute on product features and engagement metrics
  • Prepare, maintain and evangelize the product roadmap for both short-term and long-term releases

Preferred Qualifications

  • Admin/dashboard software product development experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, in executive and public speaking environments
  • Has worked with one or more messaging platforms
  • Passion for and experience with chatbot technologies, either in the consumer or enterprise space
  • Bachelor’s degree equivalent (technical undergraduate degree preferred, or demonstrate technical capabilities with job experience)
