our site-based float pool as a Physical Therapist in the Rehabilitation
department supporting both Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego and Scripps Mercy
Hospital Chula Vista. You will bring your excellent communication skills to
creatively solve problems every day. The ideal candidate is confident in the
acute care environment and ready to jump in to support our teams in their
mission to provide world-class patient care.
Therapist provides Physical Therapy evaluation, assessment, prognosis,
treatment and education as prescribed by qualified medical practitioner in
accordance with the Physical Therapy Practice Act and Title 16 requirements.
role is a Casual (Per Diem) position working varied days.This position will
rotate between Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego and Scripps Mercy Hospital
Chula Vista as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited school of PhysicalTherapy
- Licensedas a Physical Therapist in the State of California
- CurrentBLS Certificate
- Minimumof one year of acute care experience as a Physical Therapist
