Media Buyer - Display

As a display digital media buyer, you will manage the buying and execution of online media to drive customer acquisitions via traditional and innovative display advertising campaigns for our rapidly growing Agency Operations, working with some of the largest brands in the industry. You will directly impact the continued growth of our digital marketing campaigns across multiple networks. You will be accountable for meeting traffic, revenue, ad spend, and ROI targets.

The ability to target customers, create compelling and engaging content and deliver outstanding performance will be key factors for success. The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in both data analysis as well as creative copy writing, be highly motivated, and have a high attention to detail.

The Role You Will Have

  • Manage a portfolio of performance marketing campaigns across using both Google Adwords and Display networks, as well as real-time bidding (RTB), demand-side platforms (DSPs) and programmatic methods
  • Conduct hands-on bid optimization; develop and implement strategies for targeting, ad copy, and funnel optimization to meet and exceed volume & ROI targets
  • Work with the creative and content team to develop creative assets and content, and drive the creative testing roadmap
  • Communicate A/B test results and recommendations from programs with team and senior leadership
  • Prioritize growth marketing strategy based on revenue potential
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging capabilities in the digital landscape

What You Will Bring

  • 2-5 years of experience driving growth and acquisitions with Google Display
  • Exceptional analytical abilities with a high attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of Display/programmatic bidding strategies (CPM, CPC, CPA, etc.)
  • Ability to think creatively and outside of the box to write compelling and engaging ad copies/content
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital media planning
  • Creative problem solver with a balance of strategic thinking and detailed execution
  • Exceptionally-detailed knowledge of metrics, specifically A/B, multi-variant testing and ROI analysis
  • Keeps abreast of Search engine industry trends globally, and takes advantage of Search engine developments
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, and able to work well independently as well as part of a cohesive high performing team
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Self-starter mentality with drive to succeed
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must
  • Familiarity with Search marketing management tools (e.g. Marin, Kenshoo) preferred
  • Experience in SQL is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field preferred (e.g. economics, statistics)
