Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

* Assist in all aspects of planning and executing business development, marketing and communications initiatives

* Assist with utilization of reporting functions and upkeep of the CRM (Client Relationship Management) database content, including conducting conflict checks and refreshing client and potential client data

* Work extensively with marketing team and the firm's Directors to create proposals in response to RFPs

* Assist with development and production of collateral materials

* Plan and run internal and external meetings and events

* Coordinate with National Marketing Team to ensure advertisements and other materials accurately reflect brand standards

* Write and maintain content on local website and social media accounts

* Assist with coordination between local office and local public relations firm for press opportunities

* Maintain promotional materials inventory

* Build effective working relationships with internal team

* Attend tradeshows and company-sponsored events

* Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

* Demonstrated strength in project management

* Organizational skills and extreme attention to detail required

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interface with all levels of Firm management, staff, clients and outside business contacts

* Ability to work with and meet required deadlines

* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

* Shows initiative

* Knowledge or ability to gain knowledge of all accounting related and specialized functions in the organization

* Ability to create reports, produce and update databases and spreadsheets

* Excellent computer skills with: Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint.

* Website maintenance and/or HTML knowledge, Desktop publishing and Salesforce.com experience preferred

* Maintain confidentiality of client, company and personnel information

Minimum Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED required

* Bachelor's Degree or two years of experience on a specialized subject matter

* Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise

* Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally

* Effective customer service skills

* Proficient use of applicable technology

* Ability to work in team environment as well as independently

* Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
