Human Resources Business Partner, Consumer Group, Product Development

Playing a key leadership role you will Partner with the PD Leadership Team to define the organization and talent strategy and priorities to deliver against the business strategy and outcomes. Work with senior leaders to identify the right skills and capabilities of the future and then build a plan to hire, develop and retain the talent needed to deliver the business strategy Partner and coach the Senior Leadership Team to grow leadership capability at all levels Develop a high performing organization and strong leadership bench, with a strong focus on Director and Senior Manager Talent. Drive improvement in key employee performance metrics, including Employee Engagement, Internal Mobility and Regrettable Losses. Drive successful organizational change and help coach leaders and teams to be successful at Change Leadership Drive HR Related Operating Mechanisms, including High Performing Organizational Reviews and the Pulse Survey process This position reports into the Vice President, HR and is located in San Diego, CA Qualifications Strong business and technology acumen—able to quickly learn the business and make talent and org decisions which Impact business outcomes A trusted business partner and change leader with strong influencing and coaching skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights Experience designing organizational structures to support business strategy Able to assess, diagnose and improve leadership and team capabilities, at senior levels. Proven experience identifying and driving change, and building this capability in others Experience building org and talent plans to identify and execute against future talent needs (defining skills needed for the future, succession and development plans, etc.) Able to comfortably move between strategic issues and day-to-day HR operations Live and Lead through Intuit’s Values Strong judgment and decision making skills
