Position Summary:

The HRIS Coordinator position is a full-time employment opportunity reporting into the Sr Director, HR Operations. The HRIS Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HRIS Department, and will support the department in various ways, such as routine audits, reporting, data management and act as an essential liaison for the HRIS team.

Essential Job Duties:

* Serve as a liaison between personnel and the HRIS Department handling general inquiries

* Oversees Human Resources and Payroll Inbox and responds to ensure timely response to all inquires

* Works with corporate communications to send out notifications from the HR Inbox

* Manages incoming mail for Compensation/Benefits Departments

* Assigns HR/Payroll Tickets to the appropriate groups

* Deploys tasks from the current performance management system

* Provides Ad Hoc employee data reports as requested

* Oversees the distributions of scheduled reports

* Manages and updates all employee data changes

* Assist payroll with incoming Verification of Employment requests

* Provides support and assistance to the HRIS/Payroll Team as needed

* Provides day to day administrative support for the department as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

* Human Resources or Administrative preferred

* Must have data entry experience

* Must be detail orientated

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

* Must possess a high level of organizational skills

* Able to multi task and prioritize tasks

* Proven ability to handle confidential information appropriately

* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education:

* Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

* Workday experience preferred
