HRIS Analyst

We have the following urgent requirement with our direct client:

Title: HRIS Analyst

Location - San Carlos CA

Duration - 6 months ( possibility of C2H )

Rate: DOE

Summary

Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities

* Maintains internal database files and tables and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and staff

* Works with Human Resources personnel to evaluate HRIS software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing HRIS to meet changing demands

* Often works with payroll and its personnel to coordinate retrieval and reporting functions

* May serve as HR department liaison to MIS/IT function

Requierd Skills

* 6+ years of industry experience

* 4+ years of experince as Analyst of IT analyst

* 2+ years of exposure in a HR business partnering role will be favorable, with good understanding of HR Sysems, Global Policies and Programs

* Strong project management and facilitation skills

* Hands-on experience and understanding for HR applications like Peoplesoft HRMS, Workday, Oracle HRMS, Success Factors, Applicant Tracking or Learning Management systems etc
