Apogee Engineering is seeking an IO Assessment Analyst Force Development located at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX. This effort provides IO Assessment Force Development support to assist the JIOWC Assessments Office (AO) on the future condition of IO, advocate for IO assessment, provide expertise for strategic assessment, and study and validate IO processes to ensure U.S. has a military IO and information-related technology advantage in future conflicts.

What you'll be doing:

* Work with JIOWC/EO, the JS, Services, and DOD agencies to ensure joint IO assessment training and education is incorporated into appropriate curricula

* Develop and coordinate joint IO assessment training and education requirements with JIOWC/JEO, the JS, Services, and DOD agencies to help develop the joint IO force

* Develop IO assessment training curriculum as requested by the government and conduct training on appropriate topics related to IO assessment for the JIOWC, JS, CCMD and others

* Outline mission-essential skills, knowledge, abilities and training needed to facilitate the conduct of assessments

* Develop, facilitate and manage the JIOWC IO assessment training and education program to be delivered through various means, such as in classroom, virtually through online collaboration means or other methods as requested by the government

* Develop, review and maintain IO assessment training syllabus, learning objectives for each lesson, and training lessons

* Conduct IO assessment training sessions

* Maintain IO assessment training records

What you'll need to have:

* Active TS/SCI Clearance

* 5+ years' experience in military operations planning, preferably in Information Operations

* 5+ years' experience in service or joint doctrine development

* 5+ years' experience with Joint Operations Planning (JOPS) planning

* 5+ years' experience writing professional, technical or government documents, specifically for doctrine, website user guides, standard operating procedures, manuals, instructions, and other government documentation

* 3+ years' experience in systematic operational design

* 3+ years' experience interfacing with higher level management or organizations
