Responsibilities for Resolution Specialists
The ideal Resolution Escalations Specialist will have 2 years call center of experience and 3 years of escalation experience. You will be handling complex or escalated contacts from customers. In this role you will also be responsible for providing guidance to our frontline support teams and track issues and outages fro start to finish, including reproducing issues an escalating to the appropriate teams.
Qualifications for Resolution Specialists
• Take call escalations
• De-escalate situations in which callers are upset
• Provide the best possible service to our customers
• Up-beat personality and culture fit are a must
• At least 3 years of escalations experience
• 2-4 years of work experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Great attention to detail
