Management Analyst, Mid-level (Government)

Performs qualitative and quantitative research and data gathering and identifies key themes, trends, and opportunities from complex data sets.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Capture, synthesize, and summarize key points from interviews, focus groups, and internal meetings, translating insights into draft deliverables and products.

* Develop creative and innovative solutions to client issues and project approaches.

* Develop accurate and complete staff documentation to support project execution and completion.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience; or 10+ years overall experience.

* 2+ years of experience with support to Cyberspace operations,

* Experience in business process reengineering, organizational development, strategic communications, and risk management. Lean Six Sigma certification may be substituted.

* Experience with operations center design and improvement,

* Experience in mission analysis, requirements analysis, gap analysis, strategic planning, roadmap development, and training.

* Experience developing policies, processes and procedures.

Desired Skills and Experience:

* Extensive knowledge and experience using NSANet, JWICS, SIPRNet, and/or NIPRNet.

* Active problem-solving skills, enthusiastic learning, understanding of new technologies and techniques and apply this information to current and future projects.

* Critical thinking, and logic skills to outline the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions; systematically selecting the optimum solutions for the give problem.

* Knowledge of and/or prior experience or basic knowledge of the USCC and/or 24 AF architecture.

* Ability to think conceptually and strategically and learn quickly; critical thinker, analyst, and active listener.

* Ability to collaborate with counterparts in other organizations and at senior levels.

* Ability to meet deadlines, adhere to project plans, ensure any conflicts are brought to the attention of the management team, and multi-task by working on several projects simultaneously.

Required Clearance: TS//SCI Eligible and willing to take a counter espionage polygraph if required
