Via the phone, chat and email, you will help customers with everything from logging into their accounts to championing better financial choices. And for those times when life happens and our customers hit a money pothole, you will provide caring and practical help along with encouraging healthy financial support options.You will also have a unique opportunity to learn about, contribute to and curate a relevant blog and library of financial education content that is helpful to our customers, with the ultimate goal of becoming an expert in your field. * 2-5 years relevant work experience.

* Bachelors or Associates degree preferred.

* Service focused - You want your customers and teammates to be better off because you were around.

* Financially knowledgeable - You have a broad and practical understanding of personal financial planning from budget creation to retail financialproducts such as checking, savings and credit card accounts. A CFP certification or previous banking experience is a plus.

* Problem solving and solution oriented mindset - A track record of demonstrating sound judgment and decision making in tough situations, identifyingand executing opportunities, and having the ability to create innovative solutions to both anticipated problems and present challenges.

* Quality focused - You pay attention to the details, provide critical CRM validation and consistently follow issues to conclusion.

* Tech savvy - You are at ease using technology and learning new platforms. Salesforce experience is a plus.

Benefits & compensation packageOur compensation structure is highly competitive based on experience and enthusiasm for being part of a truly unique career experience and opportunity. Base compensation starts at $20 per hour and is negotiable based on experience and fit with Aliya business requirements.
