As a Client Service Associate, you will participate in a Client Service development program for 24 months to gain industry experience and aptitude for eventual promotion into a Client Service Manager. This development program will be multi-dimensional, including ‘Experiences’ (on the job learning), ‘Exposure’ (learning from others), and ‘Education’ (training and education). Concurrent with on-going training & development, the Client Service Associate will support and contribute to our Growth activities and initiatives.

Operating hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am-5pm within your time zone

Full time position with flexibility desired based on the seasonality of our business

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the client service and client management team with day-to-day responsibilities
  • Answer emails and attend meetings with internal business partners and clients
  • Prepare materials for client interactions – such as agendas and presentation decks
  • Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues while solving our client’s complex challenges
  • Using knowledge of the products and operations to accurately assess steps needed to resolve a client request or issue
  • Assist with reporting needs
  • Meet the goals established for the position in the areas of performance, attendance, and consumer experience
  • Learn Salesforce – our customer relationship management (CRM) tool – data integrity to track key performance metrics and client issues and requests.
  • Learn how to navigate a matrixed organization supporting our clients with their some of their toughest healthcare challenges.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree must be obtained prior to start of employment or obtained degree no longer than 24 months prior to position start date, from an accredited college/university
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years work or volunteer experience in customer service, health care, or health insurance
  • 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $26.15 to $46.63. The hourly range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $28.85 to $51.30.
