What We’re Looking For

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Talent Acquisition Professional passionate about hiring niche talent for high-growth Tech organisations. Your purpose will be to strategically partner with Hiring Managers and Business Leaders across Builder.ai, ensuring that they can hire the talent they need as quickly as possible. You will be an expert at sourcing both Corporate and Tech talent, have a keen eye for continuous improvement and be passionate about providing exceptional experiences to both candidates and your hiring communities. Builder is aiming to double in size, this means you will have an opportunity to work across multiple domains and multiple geographies. This role’s focus is primarily on building out the US operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment activity across multiple functions, attracting and hiring great talent for Builder.ai in the US and beyond
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships with Business Leaders & Hiring Communities, understanding their business and providing candidates that are the right fit for Builder.
  • Define and develop attraction and recruiting strategies for Builder that are innovative and a break from the norm.
  • Be a subject matter expert for recruitment, using knowledge and experience to meet robust hiring targets.
  • Deliver a data driven recruitment service to senior stakeholders, utilising market intelligence to ensure Builder remains competitive in a demanding recruitment environment.
  • Understand the benefits of having a diverse, multicultural business and be a representative of our diversity ambitions at all times

Requirements

About you

  • Proven Talent Acquisition professional with a strong track record in meeting ambitious targets.
  • Prior experience of managing relationships with, and influencing Senior stakeholders.
  • Expert in using social and professional media platforms to aid hiring efforts.
  • An expert in recruiting and sourcing techniques in the technology space, including the utilisation of niche sourcing tools and talent mining activities.
  • Able to work at pace and use data to inform and influence your approach.
  • Very comfortable using cloud based ATS systems and using those systems to deliver insight and analytics to the customer groups.
  • Must be based and eligible to work in the United States.
