Supervise and direct work of a Foreclosure team consisting of Foreclosure Specialists. Ensure team members meet or exceed minimum department timeline standards. Provide training and goal setting for the team members to facilitate their maximization of efficiency, accuracy, and productivity in the work processed. Duties: 1. Supervise and direct work of the team. 2. Motivate team members to meet or exceed minimum department timeline standards. 3. Manage deadlines by prioritizing and handling multiple projects with competing time constraints. 4. Coordinate Foreclosure projects, audits, and or reports as directed by management. 5. Provide training and goal setting for team members to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy in work processed. 6. Maintain working knowledge of investor requirements and ensure that the team meets those requirements. 7. Manage and maintain working relationships with Outside Foreclosure Counsel, Title Attorney’s and other internal departments of SPS. 8. Manage all administrative functions for the team such as preparing performance reviews appraisals, prepare, and administer disciplinary action, and schedule time off. 9. Other duties as assigned. Specs: 1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. 2. 1+ years of supervisory experience with proven motivational skills. 3. Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills. 4. Strong interpersonal skills including exemplary oral and written skills. 5. Good working knowledge of Foreclosure and mortgage documents and processes. 6. Ability to manage time and competing projects to meet or exceed minimum department productivity standards. 7. Proficiency with the software application “LPS desktop” as well as the MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Access is required. Principal Outcomes/Accountabilities of Job & Direct Reports: This position is responsible for managing and directing the work of a team of Foreclosure Specialists whose purpose is to protect the assets of the company, owned and serviced, through timely and accurate management of loans during the foreclosure process.
