Part Time Customer Service
Aerotek is currently hiring part time customer service agents for a top health care company in West Valley City!
*Please note - this is NOT a work-from-home position*
Shift: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm (3 weeks of full time training Monday-Friday is mandatory)
Taking incoming calls from patients to reconcile billing statements
Communicating with patients via calls, emails, and mail
Answer inquiries regarding accounts such as account balances, outstanding balances, late fees, payoff schedules, changes of insurance, disputes on the account, etc.
High School diploma or equivalent.
2 years customer service experience.
Excellent customer service skills exhibiting good oral and written communication skills.
Moderate computer skills (internet, email, MS Office) obtained from prior work experience.
1 year health care collections experience
Experience with medical terminology, admitting, medical billing, or insurance verification
Bi-lingual Spanish speaking
Experience in an inbound/outbound call center
