Oversee and manage the Sale Lake City Crystal Inn's breakfast and catering events. This Associate's most important responsibility is to "Delight Every Guest" by ensuring they are provided with a well-presented and appetizing full hot breakfast buffet and well as meeting room breaks, and luncheons that exceed their expectations. Must be able to give clear, concise directions and supervise other kitchen attendants.Duties:Must be able to order, prepare and manage food and beverage items for our guests at the Crystal Inn. Qualifications:Must be professional, positive and work well with others. Must have kitchen experience. Safe Serv Certified and understand and follow all Dept of Health rules on food safety and preparation.
