JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist assigned buyers with their categories, merchandising and assortment plans.Perform various administrative and clerical duties within the buying department.Work with the Buyers and Advertising by proofing the ads, and updating sale prices regularly.Assist the Buyers with all merchandising aspects of their categories with all store locations and website.Assist in accounts payable with pricing issues.All other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Organized and proficient in office or secretarial functions, preferably experience in an office environment.Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with vendors, sales associates and other departments.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Google Drive.Ability to handle difficult situation, problems and work well in a high stress environment.Knowledge of RC Willey computer system strongly prefered.

Must pass a thorough drug test and criminal/employment background check.
