POSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Service Agent also called the Client Performance Associate plays a key customer service role as the frontline representative for TravelTab at the car rental counters. They are accountable for the inventory of the TravelTab, product management, training on new device features and motivation of our Clients Car Rental Agents to offer all customers the TravelTab. This position is responsible for building positive relationships with the Car Rental Agents, while educating and supporting them for peak performance. The approach is service based sales and very hands on.

Primary Responsibilities

* Device retrieval from garage

* Physical scan of device.

* Management of inventory room.

* Preparation, kitting and proper storage of all on hand inventory

* Support car rental agents with product knowledge of TravelTab

* Motivate, inspire and engage the Car Rental agents to rent TravelTab

* Ensure all devices are up-to-date and functioning appropriately - Basic troubleshooting

* Support agents through strong customer service and aid in device set-up for customer

* Strong ability to work independently without direct supervision

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* Demonstrate high level of customer service and professionalism.

* At least one year of service based sales in a transactional environment (Retail sales preferred)

* Detail oriented and able to work quickly and accurately using addition and multiplication skills

* Strong verbal & written communication with an ability to carry on conversations with our clients.

* Must have experience using Microsoft Outlook for email

* Microsoft Excel experience is a plus

* Must have basic understanding of technology to support product troubleshooting

Physical Requirements

* Must be able to lift up to 25lbs

* Must be able to stand for long periods of time, up to six hours maximum

* Must be able to walk moderate distances (i.e. airport parking to rental counter to terminals)

* Able to stand, bend, twist, squat, kneel and climb step stools with or without reasonable accommodation.
