This position supports our business until that is home to the following services: Case Management, Residential Adult Foster Care, Transitional Housing, Drop-in Centers and Outreach. In addition, this unit delivers centralized access services to the entire agency and our client base. The Office Manager supports the mission and vision of People Incorporated and oversees and executes administrative duties for a unit, ensuring that all areas run effectively. Key areas of responsibility include supervising staff, coordinating projects, and acting as a liaison for the unit with other administrative partners. This employee will:

* Serve as the point person for coordinating services with Facilities, IT, Human Resources, and Finance

* Supervise the work of administrative staff to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, providing coaching when errors or problems are discovered

* In partnership with other unit leaders, develop and implement policies, procedures and service standards

* Analyze internal processes, recommending and implementing procedural or policy changes to improve operations

* Manage confidential projects including gathering facts, analyzing findings, reaching logical conclusions and recommending solutions

* Attract, hire and retain high quality staff providing training, assessing strengths and development needs and providing timely and specific feedback and coaching

* Establish proper authority relationships among members of the work group and create a congenial work environment

Required Qualifications:

* High school diploma

* Five years of administrative support experience

OR

* Associate of Arts degree

* Three years administrative support experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor of Arts Degree

* Prior supervisory experience

* Experience working with individuals who have mental illness

* Office supervision experience in a nonprofit work environment
