Unique Software Corporation seeks entry-level individuals for Computer Repair Technician. This person is responsible for the front line customer support at the Tech Customer Service Counter and for managing all aspects of the repair workflow.
Responsibilities Include: Responsible for repairs on MAC and PC's, maintaining high service and repair standards as measured by Apple Customer Satisfaction Surveys and Apple Service Excellence Score
A successful Candidate:
Provide customer support at the Unique Software Tech Service Counter.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose & repair PC & Mac hardware products.
- Manage repair workflow utilizing repair tracking system.
