Senior Product Manager, Digital - Marketing

  • Manage the product strategy behind the digital experience and funnel optimization for multiple rental websites and mobile apps
  • Thoroughly understand and represent the customer's problems as well as the business's goals and objectives, and represent that point of view on a day-to-day basis across multiple products
  • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify and prioritize new opportunities across multiple products
  • Develop and communicate with product and development teams, and Sr. Leadership the business cases, cost-benefit analysis, product roadmaps, vision, and strategy, for multiple products and ensure their alignment with company goals
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis. Understand how competitors are leveraging data to compete and win in the space
  • Analyze and be accountable for relevant business metrics against industry leading benchmarks to understand the health, challenges and eCommerce growth opportunities
  • Work with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful completion within appropriate budget guidelines and project timeline
  • Review new and existing product specifications across multiple products to ensure the scope of the current and future product meets strategic objectives, ensuring commercial viability
  • Stay up-to-date on new technologies and eCommerce trends to best serve Business and Marketing goals and bring fresh, creative thinking to the team and leaders
  • Develop and curate new ideas, determine which ideas will achieve critical objectives and should be promoted into features, gather investment buy-in and communicate the status back to stakeholders
  • Obtain market information by performing primary research as well as working with User Experience, User Research, and Insights and Intelligence teams
  • Identify customer needs and growth opportunities by talking to customers, monitoring feedback from various listening tools and collaborating with Customer Experience, User Research Teams, Insights and Intelligence, and Brand teams
  • Ensure requests, and appropriate feedback are seamlessly integrated into the product planning and development processes
  • Articulate business value to Product Development teams across multiple products to ensure the seamless integration of appropriate feedback and requests into the product planning and development processes
  • Work with Marketing and Communications teams to develop product line communications
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies
  • Managing a product through the entire product lifecycle
  • Manage the products financials for growth, revenue, and profitability/ROI by providing short- and long-term forecasts and expected vs actual analysis
  • Develop action plans to address technology issues hindering marketing strategy and objectives
