Position Title:

External Description:

The HR Operations Sales Incentive Compensation Partner is a critical role on the Sales Incentive Administration team with key responsibilities for calculating, administering, monitoring and implementing sales incentive programs and policies to best achieve the organization's strategic and operational objectives, while reinforcing pay for performance under a consistent framework.

The Sales Incentive Design Consultant collaborates with sales management, HR Business Partners, the Total Rewards Center of Excellence, HR Operations and other functional Centers of Excellence to m anage incentive compensation data, troubleshoot system needs and manage processing flows.

Key responsibilities:

* Sales Incentive Administration

* Strong understanding of sales incentive compensation data, design principles and frameworks

* Implements a variety of sales incentive plan designs by performing complex quarterly incentive calculations leveraging various revenue and compensation system data resources

* Assist in the implementation and administration of incentive compensation policies and programs

* Consults with key stakeholders to maintain alignment between operational and strategic objectives and sales incentive practices

* Manages incentive compensation data for US Sales Teams

* Troubleshoot system errors and answer standard system questions

* Manage daily processing flows and sales incentive plan changes

* Support technical data loads and system administration

* Research payment discrepancies, resolve issues and communicate outcomes to the US Sales Organization (including policy review and exception decisions)

* Collaborates with sales leadership, sales incentive design, sales operations, finance, and HR to implement incentive compensation plans and programs, incorporating automation and technology capabilities to deliver desired business strategy outcomes.

Qualifications:

* Advanced Excel Skills including proficiency with v-lookup, pivot tables and formulas

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably with a focus on finance or accounting

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Mathematical and analytical capabilities
