Ag Processing, Inc (AGP) is currently seeking dynamic candidates for full-time Merchandiser positions at soybean processing facilities throughout the Midwest. Through our on-the-job training and in a fast-paced, positive team environment, you will merchandise soybeans and finished soy commodities while engaging in supply chain management. To provide best-in-class customer service, you will interact and develop relationships with key local suppliers and end-users. This opportunity will allow you to develop critical negotiation and problem solving skills while acquiring an understanding of hedging and commodity trading in the agriculture industry.

Responsibilities

* Trade soybeans and finished soybean products

* Negotiate transactions with suppliers and end-users

* Interact and maintain strong business relationships with key AGP customers

* Participate in supply chain and risk management

* Team with AGP employees and departments to maximize operations

* Represent AGP at company and industry functions

* Research, gather and interpret market information
