Customer Service and Support Specialist
Kelly Services is currently recruiting for Customer Service Support to support the Net Promoter System for our client, one of the world’s leading innovative technology communication companies, at its location in Research Triangle Park in North Carolina. The assignment starts in May 2017, and pays 21.00 per hour.
Primary responsibilities include:
â Deliver exceptional support to employees on the Net Promoter System
â Collaborate with Services teams to adopt the Net Promoter System
â Establish the support infrastructure to drive employee success at adopting the Net Promoter System
â Develop and maintain Net Promoter System documentation
â Work closely with the NPS Lead and key stakeholders to drive prioritization of key NPS related projects
â Partner with various teams to improve functional NPS scores
Qualifications:
â 5+ years of project management experience with increasing levels of responsibility
â Previous experience supporting internal or external customers
â Proven track record of establishing a support infrastructure
â Previous experience in a customer or partner facing role
â Demonstrated knowledge of corporate business processes and team dynamics
Desired Skills:
â Excellent communication skills interaction at all levels of the organization
â Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex issues
â Ability to create content for training purposes
â Excellent presentation skills in executive and/or customer-facing settings
â Ability to create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners, external constituencies and decision makers to drive change through the company
Education:
High School diploma/equivalent
Technical training or equivalent work experience required
