JOB PURPOSE:
Help manage profit by following and enforcing established policies and procedures including, but not limited to work schedules, cash and inventory controls and order verifications. Increase store BOR and revenue through sales activities, account management, and providing total customer satisfaction. Accomplish these in a way that is consistent with the RAC mission statement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Two years of college and/or years retail sales or collections
Demonstration of proficiency of the essential job functions at the Customer Account Representative level and possess certain additional management skills
Friendly with good communication skills
Heavy lifting and moving
Good customer service skills
Valid state driver’s license and good driving record

Job Requirements:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales:
· Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
· Obtain new rental orders over the phone and on the sales floor
· Prospect for new business by telemarketing and distributing print materials
· Complete rental agreements as required
· Maintain the store in Rent Ready condition and keep coworkers informed of promotions and products
Account Management:
· Assist in reviewing expired accounts and communicate with customers to promote timely payments
· Maintain accurate records of past due account activity
· Complete customer service calls in a timely manner as assigned
Deliveries & Pick-ups:
· Assist as needed in loading truck per policy to protect merchandise
· Assist as needed in delivering merchandise to customers
· Assist as needed in installing merchandise and instructing on proper use
· Assist as needed in picking up merchandise from customer homes
Showroom Floor:
· Keep sales floor clean and organized
Keep back office and store area net and organized
