Job Duties:

Obtains for Customer benefit any and all deeds, leases, easements,

rights-of-way (ROW), pole attachments, conduits or other use agreements,

licenses, rights, franchises, permits, notices, grants and other approvals,

granting Customer and/or Supplier the rights, titles and interests to use real

property of any third party for the purpose of completing the Project, further

including any approvals that may be required by any federal, state or local

governmental authorities, including, without limitation, any documents necessary

for compliance with FCC requirements, environmental assessments (EA),

SHPO/Tribal approvals, FAA/ASR compliance, and any consents or approvals

required under any exceptions to title for a subject property that are necessary

for the construction, installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of a

wireline network under the Scope of Work.

Experience or knowledge of State, Highway Department & Municipal

requirements for telecom construction permitting processes.

Submits permits in a form and substance acceptable to relevant governing


Prepares and submits all permit applications and plans necessary to deliver

Services under the Scope of Work from the applicable authorities and agencies.

Furnishes separate plan and profile drawings along with Registered

Professional Engineer stamped drawings when required.

Secures all project authorizations and approvals.

Provides administrative support for project completion; assists with project

plan in consultation with appropriate participants and coordinates steps to

ensure participation of appropriate interested individuals and groups.

Seeks cooperation and input in project assignments; coordinates needed

meetings or hearings to gather input and meet procedural requirements.

Provides status reports to senior management or other management to keep

them apprised of progress and any anticipated issues.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and

weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Excellent interpersonal skills

Able to resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner

Must be proficient with computer programs (e.g. Google Sheets, Microsoft

Office – Word and Excel, email, etc.)

AutoCAD experience required
