Customer Service/Sales Support

Aerotek Rogers, MN

This is a customer service role for a manufacturing company. The will field inbound calls from a cue to help customers with various issues such as, taking orders, looking up part numbers, checking for part availability, shipping and logistic information, customer account and billing questions, basic technical support.

JOB DUTIES

Field inbound calls from customers, reps can expect anywhere from 50-100 calls per day.

Follow up with customers via email with additional information such as schematics, pricing agreements, or case numbers

Document all notes and activities while on the phone with customers.

Transfer more technical calls to various other customer service teams
