Heartland School Solutions is a fast growing, computer software and service company in the School food service marketplace. We are seeking self-motivated, personable individuals with an aptitude toward training and customer service. We are hiring over 50 'peak season' part-time and full-time employees to prepare our customers for the start of school.

We are holding a hiring event at our new office starting Friday, 6/15, through Thursday, 6/21, with no interviews on Sunday, 6/17, and we would like you to attend! Our address is 755 Jefferson Road, Henrietta, NY 14623

We are looking for qualified candidates to fill 50+ Customer Service and Technical Support roles!

Job Details:

* Job Title: Technical Support & Customer Service Specialists

* Location: 755 Jefferson Road, Henrietta, NY 14623

* Position Summary: Technical Support Specialists will assist with software implementation, configuration and troubleshooting. Customer Service Specialists will assist parents with our school pre-payment software product.

* Hours: Monday – Friday (7:00am – 8:00pm) * You will not be required to work a 13 hour shift, but need to be available during this time frame.

* Pay: $15.00 per hour for Technical Service, $13.00 per hour for Customer Service.

* Start Date: Late June to Mid July

* Duration: Three (3) months and you must be available for the entire duration of the project. Seasonal employees are not benefit-eligible but will have the opportunity to apply for any regular position that may be available during the course of the assignment.

Successful candidates will be self-directed, flexible and adaptive, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. $13 - $15 / hour. Ideal candidates will have strong computer skills and previous experience in a call center type of environment.
