Essential Functions and Competencies

Recruiting top talent for MN Division Design Engineering Team.Job Fair recruitment at Colleges and Universities.Performing prescreen phone interviews.Coordinating the onsite interviews with interview team.Perform thorough Reference Checking.All correspondence with Candidates, Hiring Manager and Hiring Team from cradle to the start of Onboarding. Follow through of behind the scenes recruitment procedures for a seamless process to the candidate.Training the interview team on legally allowed questions for the interview with the candidate. Guiding the Hiring Manager and Interview Team to the common goal of hiring the best candidate for the job.Work closely with the MN Division Human Resources Staff after offer acceptance for a seamless transition of the new hire

Qualifications / Education / Experience

Responsible for daily Human Resource functions to include, but not limited to Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. Ensures that the Hiring Teams follow the appropriate policies, procedures and legal obligations required during the recruitment process. Works closely with the MN Division Human Resource Director and HR Staff; both Corporate HR and MN Division HR.

A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience required. Experience recruiting engineers and job fair recruiting a plus.

4 year degree in Business with a Human Resources Emphasis.
