POSITION DESCRIPTION:The job of Records Management Clerk is done for the purpose(s) of assisting in maintaining the operation of an efficient and effective records management process; supporting the coordination and implementation of a records electronic imaging system; ensuring accuracy of information; and providing information and/or direction to vendors and employees. Under general supervision, provides clerical support to purchasing, warehouse receiving, work order process, purchase order follow-up, maintains record keeping systems in order to track and monitor control, and coordination involving the creation, distribution, utilization, retention, storage, retrieval, protection, preservation, and final disposition of records and forms in accordance with established guidelines, regulations, and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:Job related experience is required. Two years successful recent experience in office/clerical work related to complex record keeping.REQUIRED EDUCATION:High school diploma or equivalentREQUIRED TESTING:Once this position closes, your application will be screened for minimum qualifications. Those who meet the minimum qualifications will be e-mailed an invitation for testing. Testing is tentatively scheduled to be conducted on July 9, 2018.
