Warranty Coordinator

Alliance Laundry Systems Ripon, WI

Responsible for insuring that warranty claims are processed in a timely manner and customer credits are issued promptly. Insuring Service Company applications are processed in a timely manner and kept current. Provide training for new service companies on how to properly use the new warranty system and ALSU (internal training system).



  • Manage multiple tasks at a time.
  • Efficiently use available resources to accomplish company goals.
  • Work with others & support various internal & external requests.
  • Develop & implement systems that will improve processes.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of accomplishing goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.


Knowledge/Experience/Education:

  • Candidate must have high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two year Associate degree or related experience preferred
  • Attended training classes in Computer Software Programming/Use, Business Administration, Marketing or other related business fields, preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with little direction.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Physical Requirements:

  • Position involves sitting long periods, standing, manual dexterity, stooping, bending and minimal lifting.
