Responsibilities

* Identifying current and future staffing requirements, facility space, and equipment needs.

* Ensure daily business operations for the Division are supported.

* Represent range capabilities to customers and collaborate with others within the department to meet customer requirements.

* Ensure security, configuration management, and other processes are followed.

* Work collaboratively with other senior leadership and will occasionally represent the Division Head in various management and administrative matters.

* Resolve various administrative matters, administering STRL for employees, approving travel and employee timecards.

* This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Program Analyst specialized experience equivalent to the NM-03 (GS-09-12) grade level in the Federal Service performing all or some of the following duties: 1) Experience managing the daily business operations (budgets, facilities, equipment, etc.) of a diverse organization. 2) Experience supervising personnel, to include performance evaluation, travel/timecard approval, and identifying current and future staffing requirements. 3) Experience generating and presenting decision quality data to internal and external stakeholders. 4) Experience developing a strategic plan for sustainment of technical capabilities.
