Senior Electronic Warfare Engineer

Enterprise Information Services, Inc. (EIS), recognized as a strong mid-tier IT Services provider in the Federal marketplace, is seeking a Senior Electronic Warfare Engineer to work primarily at the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) Electronic Warfare facility located at China Lake, CA. The successful candidate will provide electronic warfare engineering support for the Cyber Warfare, Information Warfare, Electronic Warfare & Information Operations Engineering Services Program as a member of a cross-functional team.


* Support life cycle systems engineering, including the research, analyses, design, development and/or modification, integration, test, evaluation, documentation, and maintenance of systems, subsystems, networks, databases, and laboratory environments including hardware in the loop lab architectures related to Airborne Electronic Warfare (EW) systems, Integrated Air Defense Systems (IADS) and their components, and Cyber Warfare (CW).

* Perform analyses of existing and future laboratories including hardware in the loop lab architectures, systems, platforms, and integration requirements supporting science and technology insertions, correction of deficiencies, enhancements to support emerging airborne EW and IADS threats and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).

* Evaluate and provide acquisition and development support of Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA), Electronic Protect (EP), and Airborne Electronic Surveillance platforms, systems, databases and mission data files, and IADS and their components.


Required Qualifications:

* Active DoD TS Security Clearance

* Bachelors degree from a 4-year college in a technical field such as science, technology, engineering, math, computer science, or systems engineering

* Minimum of 15 years of experience within the last 20 years with knowledge of current and developing airborne electronic warfare systems, platforms, laboratories and test facilities.

* Direct and current knowledge of the multiple Radio Frequency (RF) simulators and models of IADS and their components utilized across the various naval airborne electronic warfare laboratories.

* Experienced with phases of developing requirements, designing, developing, and testing of airborne electronic warfare simulators and laboratories.

Desired Qualifications:

* Prior military experience is preferred

* Excellent team player and communications skills with experience working at customer locations

* Proven ability to provide customer satisfaction
