General Services Corporation (GSC) is looking for a dynamic, energetic Business Coordinator for the Richmond area. You will be responsible providing billing and administrative support to the property manager and leasing team

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting and preparing daily deposits of rent.
  • Participating in collection efforts.
  • Preparing and filling court papers.
  • Assisting the leasing staff as needed.
To be considered for this role you will need at least 2 years’ experience in property management, have an excellent sense of time management and be self-motivated by the success of others. Our ideal candidate is business minded; goal oriented, and always leads by example.
