Job Description

* Identifies, defines and leads sales process improvement initiatives.

* Primary focus is any process impacting sales efficiency. These could include customer identification, relationship management, quoting, ordering, quote follow-up, and order management to achieve timely delivery.

* Applies understanding of business needs, data, analysis, systems, and process to identify high ROI opportunities and implement changes that gain efficiency.

* Engages stakeholders in finding agreed solutions.

* Drives change through persuasion, training, follow-up, and further process refinement.

* Effective at building relationships and listening.

* Needs to be an engaging and inspiring leader.

* Responsible for managing cross-functional process improvement projects.

* Employs Six Sigma or a related methodology and analytics into organizational operations in order to accomplish business objectives.

Qualifications

* Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Requires at least 5 years related experience.

* Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred.

* Must have knowledge of a broad toolbox of analytical skills.

* Demonstrates broad financial acumen.

* Requires very strong data and business information skills.

* Useful tools include Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, SAP, BI reporting, and Qlik.

* Must have strong customer service and relational skills.

* Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Must be able to lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
