Lead a team of 7-12 friendly, hard working, passionate technologists in a company where you can make an immediate impact on the whole look and feel of the organization. From day one, you’ll feel your contributions matter and you’ll get to stay very hands on with the code that you love. You’ll be heavily involved in architecture for massive applications that need to be absolutely bullet proof. They handle important data processing so they really can’t go down! They have several new product lines coming and you can lead their development as long as you have experience with C#.Net, Web API, Message Queuing, and possibly SOLID design principals, AngularJS, .Net Core, Docker, Kubernetes, MySQL, SQL, Elasticsearch, or Git. You’ll work alongside the VP of IT (who is as invested in innovative tech as you are) as you lead the design, development, and enhancement of high-volume software systems and contribute to application architecture. From working with an on-premise Cloud through VMWare to developing systems that can handle high volumes of data, there’s never a dull moment when you work here!

What you’ll be doing:


- Lead a group of 7-12 Engineers while working alongside the VP of IT


- Work heavily with application architecture and focus on truly greenfield development


- Design, develop, and enhance high-volume software systems


- Write T-SQL queries and perform data modeling


- Lead the team to enhance an existing system and work with an on-premise Cloud through VMWare


- Lead multiple development projects and make sure best practices are upheld


- Write T-SQL queries and perform data modeling


- Stay very hands on with the code and focus on quality, scalability, maintainability, security, and performance
